I had an issue and was annoyed at first, honestly. Whoever runs this should probably make sure these things don’t happen in the first place. That said, support got back to me and sorted it out quickly, so I appreciate that.

I used getmysa.com and overall it was really fine, but I didn’t feel totally clear on how my data was being handled. The privacy policy is there, but some parts felt a little vague, and I had to click around to find more info. Nothing bad happened or anything, I just really wish they explained their security and data sharing stuff in a more straightforward way. Decent site, but I’d feel better using it if that information was easier to understand.

I used Mysa for my housing accommodation request, it went better than I thought it would. The process wasn’t too confusing, and I didn’t feel like I wasn’t sure what to send in or where to start.
My accommodation ended up getting accepted, which was such a relief. They answered my questions, and the whole thing felt easy. I’m really glad I found them.

I tried using getmysa.com to customize a document, and it was more frustrating than I thought it would be. Some of it was straightforward, but editing the smaller details took way too many clicks, and the final layout still looked a little off. I reached out to support, and while they did respond, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not using it correctly instead of actually helping me fix the issue. It did work eventually, but the whole process felt more annoying than it should’ve been

Getting started was straightforward, I didn’t have to sit there forever trying to figure out what to do next.
A few of the questions were kind of vague though, I ended up going back a couple times just to make sure I was answering what they were actually asking.
Overall, it got the job done and wasn’t stressful. I’d say it’s easy enough, it just could be a bit smoother in a few spots.

I called Mysa and then, maybe a bit impatiently, fired off an email right after because I wanted to get it sorted. The person on the phone was nice and seemed willing to help, but I did have to repeat what was going on more than once, which was a little frustrating in the moment.
The email response took longer than I expected, so I was kind of checking my inbox like, “come on already.” They did eventually answer my question, though, so I can’t say it was bad. Just okay overall, nothing amazing.
